Dustin serves as the Youth and Men’s Ministry Leader, oversees Media and Outreach, and serves as an Associate Pastor. He has a heart for helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and believes the church is called not only to gather, but also to go, serve, and make disciples.

With many years of experience in emergency services, law enforcement, leadership, and ministry, Dustin brings a practical and compassionate approach to teaching God’s Word. He especially enjoys encouraging young people, strengthening men in their faith, and helping the church use media and outreach to share the gospel with the community.

Dustin is also the founder of Dispatch to Discipleship Ministries, a ministry focused on evangelism, discipleship, first responder encouragement, and helping people move from hearing the call for help to answering the call to follow Christ.

His desire is to faithfully serve wherever God leads, point others to Jesus, and help people understand that God can use ordinary people who are willing to trust Him and say yes to His calling.
